Built for thelesson barn
SaddleSync exists because the tools available to barn owners were either too complex, too expensive, or not built for how lesson barns actually work.
Why SaddleSync exists
Managing a lesson barn means juggling weekly schedules, tracking which families owe makeup lessons, chasing down payments, and keeping parents informed — usually with some combination of spreadsheets, text messages, and a whiteboard that's never quite up to date.
The software options out there are built for gyms, dance studios, or massive equestrian operations with dozens of features most barns will never use. Setting them up takes weeks, getting parents to adopt them is a battle, and you end up paying for complexity you didn't ask for.
SaddleSync is different. It does the things a lesson barn actually needs — recurring class scheduling, makeup token tracking, parent accounts, integrated payments, and automatic notifications — and nothing else. Every feature was built based on how real barns operate, not what looks good on a feature comparison chart.
What drives us
These principles guide everything we do at SaddleSync.
Built for Simplicity
Barn management is complicated enough. Your software shouldn’t add to the problem. SaddleSync is designed to be set up in a day and understood immediately.
Equestrian-Specific
This isn’t a gym booking tool with a horse icon. Makeup tokens, rider-tack assignments, family accounts, and series-based scheduling are built into the core.
Always Improving
SaddleSync is actively developed based on feedback from the barns using it. Features are prioritized by what barn owners actually ask for.
Fair Pricing
One monthly subscription. No per-rider fees, no per-booking charges, no hidden costs. You know exactly what you’re paying.
The road to SaddleSync
The Problem
Spreadsheets, paper sign-ups, and text message reminders weren’t cutting it. Existing software was either overkill or not built for barns.
Building
Development began with a clear goal: handle the core scheduling, makeup tracking, and payment workflows that every lesson barn needs.
Early Access
SaddleSync is in early access, being tested and refined with real barns before wider release.
What’s Next
Continued development driven by barn owner feedback. Instructor portals, waitlists, and reporting are on the roadmap.
Our Mission
To give every equestrian facility - from small lesson barns to large training centers - the tools they need to spend less time on admin and more time doing what they love: teaching people to ride.
Interested in early access?
We're onboarding a small number of barns before wider launch. If you're interested, we'd love to hear from you.
