We created SaddleSync because we needed it ourselves. Now we're sharing it with the equestrian community.
From frustration to innovation
Like many barn owners, we started with spreadsheets, paper sign-up sheets, and a whiteboard that was constantly out of date. Managing lessons for multiple families, tracking makeup credits, and keeping everyone informed was a full-time job on top of actually running the barn.
We looked for software solutions but found that most were either too complex, too expensive, or not designed for the unique needs of equestrian facilities. We needed something that understood makeup policies, family accounts, and the rhythm of a lesson barn.
So we built it ourselves. SaddleSync is the tool we wished existed when we were managing our own lesson program. Every feature comes from real experience and real feedback from barn owners like you.
